On August 31st, 2005, The New England Browncoats set up a charity donation site for those in need after the devastating effects of Hurricane Katrina left many homeless and jobless.
All money raised through the site was donated to the American Red Cross National Disaster Relief Fund. The original fundraising goal of $5000.00 was exceeded with a final total of $5,376.00. The project has since been closed.
